This advanced course, created with great love, is intended for professionals and wine lovers alike.
Since the training itself brings a lot of information, wine stories, wine tastings from around forty world-famous wine regions, winemaking processes, and terroirs that shaped the styles of wines, we decided to offer it in two types of wine training: INTENSE and MODULAR.
For both types of training the content of this level is the same. The difference is in the time you have at your disposal. For this reason, with each type of training, pay attention to the preparation time before holding a certain type of training. Regarding the content of this Advanced Level, in general we can explain as a focus on famous worldwide wine regions and particular grape variety linked with recognizable style of wine.

MODULAR

This type of training includes three independent modules or parts that make up the same intensive training. The duration of each module is approximately the same, but time is on your side, so you can choose which training you want to attend now and which one at another time.
Candidates who wish to obtain the Commis Sommelier certificate, as well as the silver lapel pin, must attend all three modules and pass the exam successfully. ​The advantage of this type of training is multiple:

• You can take the exam in parts for each module separately
• You have more time to study and prepare
• Manage your education costs more easily
• Partial improvement of your weaker wine side
